Local officials say “we commissioned the public sculture as a gift to the England fans, and hope that it will help Roy to feel welcome in his new role.”

The berlin-based Artist ‘Jonathan Ryall’ takes his inspiration from the everyday, and embarks on the creation of abstract artwork to reflect the mood of the general public.

We are participating with a national project called ‘The Space’, for the first time we have the freedom and support to do what we do on a much bigger scale.

The live part of ‘The News’ will run from 1st –  7th May, and will be an experimental project mashing-up digital technologies up with the people who are are art-making, to create an online-live-art experience, in depth response to online news content and the most contemporary exhibition in art history!
